Sebastián Guerrero

Sebastián has been a partner at Guerrero Garcés since its foundation, specializing in the tax and corporate area, primarily in comprehensive consulting for individuals and family businesses. He serves on the boards of various family companies, both in Chile and abroad. He also advises on dispute resolution, organization, and preparation of structures that allow the growth and continuity of family businesses. He is a recognized expert in philanthropy matters.
Additionally, in his professional experience, he has advised both domestic and foreign clients in significant business acquisition and merger operations, corporate consulting in all areas of law, and especially in tax matters.
In recent years, he has provided advice on public tax policies, actively participating in the legislative processes of the latest tax reforms, and has been internationally recognized and awarded for his professional attributes.
